This will be a one day workshop for counsellors and professionals in the field of therapy and learning.
It will give participants the opportunity to experience equine assisted psychotherapy/learning on themselves, observe it on others and understand the principles behind this method and the EAGALA approach.
This course will be suitable for BACP CPD accreditation hours.
10 am Arrival tea and coffee
10.15-11.00 Introduction to EAP talk by E.Noble
Handout material.
11.15-1.00 Activities with the horses. Working with individuals, assessment activities (diagnosis), feedback throughout
1.00-1.45 lunch supplied on site
1.45-3.00 Further activities. Working with couples/families
3.00 Break for tea/coffee
3.15-4.00 approx. Working with groups and ending session
